Cut up by our well trusted and very experienced Pittsworth Butcher.

Typical waiting time from ordering to delivery is approximately 4 weeks at this stage. You will be informed of exact time once your order is confirmed.

Delivery is free within a 100 Km radius of Pittsworth.

A $50 fee applies for delivery to Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast.

You will be notified through a delivery tracking system and emailed early on the morning of delivery.

The delivery will be made by either a refrigerated truck or temperature controlled cold vehicle. Our meat is delivered fresh not frozen. (Unless customer requires to be frozen)

If no one will be home to meet the courier than we advise to organise a Relative or Friend who can either put into cold storage for you or leave cold storage containers with ice bricks to keep cool till you get home.

Please let us know if this needs to be arranged.

If no one answers the door or arrangements aren’t made than the courier will return the order to depot and be rebooked out for new delivery time arranged at your cost.

Grassfed beef offers a number of advantages from taste to improvement to your health and the environment.

Our bodies are made to eat and survive on meat. It gives us the iron our bodies require in small proportions.

Dressed weight is the weight of a animal after slaughter less chopped of bits like head, hooves, etc

A half beast would include approx 100kg dressed weight which includes bones, meat cuts and fat.

When ordering a 1/4 beast, ½ beast or full Beast you can customise via a Cut Up Sheet. So after a order is placed you will be emailed a sheet and required to fill out easily. This will be than forwarded onto the Butcher.

Our sausages and steakettes are all gluten free.

At this stage sausages all come standard. Seasoned with salt and pepper. Preservative Free.

If you have allergies and require your sausages to be made on rice flour than we can accomodate that as well.

All meat is delivered Fresh unless advised to be frozen,

Hung for 10 days to ensure tenderness & then packed on trays wrapped in film in KG lots furthering the tenderising of meat.

The trays can also be Cryovaced with a additional cost.

Either a Chest Freezer or twin Fridge / Freezer would be needed for storage.

A 5 kg or 10 kg will usually fit in a standard Fridge / Freezer.

¼ Beast should fit in a small chest freezer but would be too much to fit in a combined fridge freezer if you’re storing other frozen foods too (Would hate for you to not be able to fit your creations back in the freezer!!)

A ½ Beast will fit in a medium to large chest freezer (just remember to go big if you want spare freezer space…)

A Whole Beast will need a larger freezer… we’re talking biggggg like large to extra-large… and don’t forget that extra space for the chocolate and ice-cream!!
